Steve has over 30 years R&D experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with Novartis, Gilead and GSK. Senior level positions included Head of Operations, R&D UK, Global Head of Exploratory Development Project Management and Global Head of Early Phase and Clinical Pharmacology Trial Operations. Joined London Advanced Therapies based at King’s College London 2 years ago, to manage project programmes and institutional partnerships in the area of Advanced Therapies. Holds a First Class Honours BSc in Biological Sciences and a PhD in Experimental Hypertension from the University of Leicester, and an MBA from the University of Brighton.
Steve’s role at LAT is to to develop, organise and coordinate activities for facilitating interactions among King’s College London investigators as well as with investigators from other London partnering institutions and/or industry in this field. Steve also oversees the Confidence in Collaboration fund.
