Havinder  is one of the knowledge exchange practitioners within London Advanced Therapies and Clinical Operations Manager with responsibility for execution of ATMP projects at Great Ormond Street Hospital and University College London GOS Institute of Child Health London. 

Havinder has had a responsibility of working very closely with PI’s at UCL whom were successful with Collaborate to Innovate and Confidence in Collaboration projects.

The Molecular & Cellular Immunology Section at UCL Great Ormond Street Institute of Child Health has a highly active translational research programme aimed at developing Advanced Therapy strategies to improve immune responses to infection and leukaemia after haematopoietic stem cell transplantation and somatic gene therapy for primary immunodeficiencies, HIV and inherited skin disorders.  Havinder  provides operational support as needed for all ATMP projects involving both manufacturing and clinical care.  With excellent Knowledge and experience in GCP compliance, regulatory pathways and contracts, Havinder can help you navigate through the NHS/Academia execution of cell and gene therapy trials.

Havinder has worked in clinical trials for past 17 years with Industry experience, this includes over 7 years of experience of working in advance therapies covering all aspects of clinical trial set up. Extensive experience in navigating ATMP projects to allow for execution of therapies in the treatment of rare diseases and leukaemia’s in the NHS setting.
